World Cup 2022: FIFA officially confirms Black Stars squad numbers
Federation of International Football Association (FIFA), the world football governing body, has officially revealed the Black Stars squad numbers for the forthcoming World Cup in Qatar.
FIFA declared the squads for all 32 partaking countries in the global football event, which begins next Sunday.

Otto Addo, Coach of the Black Stars, confirmed his final squad on Monday during a press conference in Accra after narrowing down from a preliminary squad of 55 players.
Ghana’s captain Andre Ayew will wear his usual number 10 shirt whiles deputy skipper Thomas Partey takes the number 5.

The home-based duo of Danlad Ibrahim and Daniel Afriyie Barnieh is number 13 and 14 respectively.
Tariq Lamptey is number 2, Inaki Williams is 19, and Mohammed Salisu gets number 12.
